The camp takes places on the beautiful camps of Austin Peay State University (APSU) in Clarksville, TN which is 55 miles north of the Nashville International Airport. All students will stay in the campus dorm rooms, and will be fed via the campus cafeteria, as well as getting the chance to be fed by the Blue Devils and Phantom Regiment. Dorm rooms will all be like-gender rooms and will be assigned ahead of time by the Precision Arts staff as part of the experience will be meeting new people from across the country. We will be providing adult chaperones from APSU, but if your band would like to send a chaperone, please call for details.

Airport shuttles

  • Nashville International Airport (BNA)

We will be providing transportation from and to Nashville International Airport (BNA). In order to take advantage of this, you will need to sign up online (check back for link for sign up page). You will need to do this after you have purchased your flights.

You will need to arrive on Tuesday July 25th no later than 4pm. If your arrival is after that, please contact us at info@precisionarts.org. Your departure flight on Saturday July 29th must be after 10am.
